From Concept to completion everything ran smoothly.

Tom was open with options, prices with pros and cons for the choices. We opted for the top end 8mp Hikvision as it ticked all the boxes.

Smooth install and end result is incredible. Hand over explained everything and how it works with offer of further help a call away.

They fitted my security cameras around 5 years ago now and havnt had a problem until last week, I phoned the owner and one of his member of staff came out too me the next day and fixed the problem, can't fault the bloke at all A+ SERVICE would recommend too anyone

Recently had an Ohme ePod EV Charger installed by GSS and cannot fault their service. Tom provided a quote promptly and was helpful with any questions that I had. Dave who came to view prior to quote and then undertake the install was very knowledgeable and professional. Once a date was agreed for the install, this was undertaken efficiently as this was not the most straightforward job being fitted in a Mid-Terrace house. I have been dealing with Tom & his company for well over 3 years now and to put it lightly it's been such a pleasant experience.

I brought my first house and Tom came out and gave me a break down of everything that needed to be done. He wasn't pressuring & explained things to me clearly and why.

Dave his right hand man, when it comes to electrical work was here for 2 weeks. It was no small job, it consisted of moving a fuse box which was installed in the 1970's which moved under the stairs, Electric Car Charger, 3 outside lights, 2 outside sockets, Fuse Box change in the shed along with a new LED light and then every socket and light fitting changed inside the house.

Let me just add Dave's work is clean and tidy and there was hardly any mess in the house left. Honestly I don't let anyone touch the electrics in the house apart from Tom and Dave.

I later needed an alarm system. I had a specific problem which i wanted my cat to be in the house and the alarm to not go off. I also needed my Mum to be able to use something which was extremely user friendly.

Tom came out to my home and assessed the situation and suggested Ajax, but a perimeter alarm.

Dave came out again and fitted the alarm. It's discreet and hidden away from anyone coming into the house.

It's an amazing bit of kit. No big chunky key pads on the wall & all done through the App. It's so easy my mum can arm the house from London.

I then had a cheap Amazon Chinese doorbell which stopped working. I could have gone for the Ring doorbell like everyone else however it was something i spoke to Tom about. In the end we decided to go with the Ajax Doorbell and CCTV cameras along with a Hard-Drive to record everything for 90 days.

A week later Josh & Dave turned up and fitted everything. clean tidy install as per normal. They even covered their feet with protective soles when coming in and out of the house. Something which my Mum noticed straight away.

During the install I had a brainwave & wanted Tom and his team to install a Cat 6 Cable upstairs as my brother works from home and experiences very poor WIFI. It was no problem. Done on the day.

The Alarm System, Doorbell and CCTV are all operated on one app that's extremely easy to use. It's even got a built in panic alarm which lets other users in my house know I have set it off and gives my location.

Don't get me wrong it wasn't the cheapest alarm etc to have but i firmly believe you get what you pay for.

I recently went to a friend's house who just had an Alarm and CCTV fitted etc let me tell you the quality of Tom, Dave's & Josh's workmanship isn't a match.

After a week or so in a heavy rain period. one of the CCTV cameras got a bit of condensation inside it. No fault of Tom, Dave or Josh just a problem from the factory.

I messaged Tom via Whatsapp about 9pm. I got a reply straight away. Ordered a new CCTV camera for me and got Josh to fit it about four days after.

A few weeks later I had the plasterer decide to take the light switch off and when he put it back the light kept on tripping. One call to Tom. I kid you not Dave was around in just over an hour to sort it out.

If that's not good service I don't know what is.

Honestly don't even think about going anywhere else, It's just not worth it. Best in Cannock? Nah i think best in the world.
